Kinnock to Discuss Administration Affairs in Ljubljana

Brussels, 22 January - European Commission Vice-President for Administrative Reform Neil Kinnock is to arrive in Ljubljana on Friday as part of his tour of the newcoming EU member states. As he told STA, he will discuss the country's administrative preparations for EU accession with Slovenia's top officials.
