Ljubljana, 20 August - The President of the Slovene Presidency, Milan Kučan, addressed a letter to Stipe Mesič, the President of the Federal Presidency, in which he disputes the Army's assertions that the Republic of Slovenia is knowingly and deliberately holding back the withdrawal of the Yugoslav army and is resentful of its threats of retaliation.
