Ljubljana, 20 August - DELO: PUTSCH IN THE KREMLIN - A great share of the responsibility for the process of events in the Soviet Union also falls to Mihail Gorbachov himself. He left the reform to dwindle out and, above all, he could never get out of his false idea that socialism can still be saved. Thus the generals are once again in the Kremlin, counting of introducing at least a little "elementary order" into daily life and preserve the borders of the Soviet empire.
