Ljubljana, 23 January - Activities carried out in the framework of the 5th pan-European transport route will top the agenda as transport ministers from Italy, Slovenia, Hungary and Croatia are scheduled to meet at Brdo pri Kranju on Monday, Transport Minister Jakob Presecnik told the press on Friday.
