Handball: Results of Round Two

Celje/Koper, 23 January - Teams from groups C and D are in action on Friday at the 6th European Men's Handball Competition. Iceland suffered another defeat following Thursday's loss to the hosts in group C, going down to the surprising Hungary 32:29. Hungary has thus notched up its second victory. One of the favourites for the European title, France, have also secured their second win in group D, beating Serbia-Montenegro 23:20. Home-crowd favourites Slovenia will take on the Czech Republic later this evening in Celje.
