Takeover of Mesnine by Kras Given CPO's OK

Ljubljana, 23 January - The Competition Protection Office (CPO) has approved the acquisition of meat processor Mesnine dezele Kranjske by rival Slovenian meat producer Kras. Kras had bought an 83.02-percent stake in Mesnine from leading Slovenian retailer Mercator in July of last year.
