Dr. Rupel Presents the Proposal of a "Mini CSCE"

Ljubljana, 21 August - The leadership of the ruling DEMOS coalition called a press conference today, at which it presented new initiatives on the separation of the Republic of Slovenia from Yugoslavia and the regulation of relations with all other parties involved in the Yugoslav crisis.
