Trade Talks on the Table as EU Ministers Meet Commissioner Lamy

Brussels, 25 January - Ministers in charge of trade from the current and future EU member states are scheduled to hold a working dinner meeting with the European Commissioner for Trade Pascal Lamy in Brussels on Sunday to discuss ways to push-start the negotiations on further liberalisation of world trade that came to a halt at last September's World Trade Organisation (WTO) summit in Cancun. Economics Minister Tea Petrin will represent Slovenia at this evening's meeting.
