Rupel to Take Part in Meeting of EU Foreign Ministers on Monday

Brussels, 25 January - Foreign ministers of the European Union and their counterparts from the acceding countries, including Slovenia's Dimitrij Rupel, are set to hold an informal debate about kick-starting intergovernmental talks on the EU constitution at their first meeting this year. The talks are primarily a check of the current mood among the 25 members of the enlarged EU on the adoption of the document that would reform the bloc.
