Referendum on Erased Goes Ahead

Ljubljana, 26 January - The Constitutional Court has unanimously rejected a petition of 33 coalition lawmakers to check the constitutionality of a parliament's decree to call a referendum on an act on the ereased. The court has therefore urged parliament to set a new date for the referendum on what was termed the technicalities act.
