EU Constitution Could Be Passed in Spring, Rupel Says

Brussels, 26 January - The European Union has a "window of opportunity" between March and June to pass the constitutional treaty, Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said Monday after attending a session of foreign ministers of the enlarged EU in Brussels. "This was the general impression," Rupel told the press.
