Gov't Already Preparing for Festivities at EU Entry, Says Rop

Ljubljana, 26 January - The government has already launched preparations for the ceremonies that will mark Slovenia's entry to the European Union. Moreover, it has been making efforts for the European Commission President Romano Prodi to attend the central event in the western city of Nova Gorica and its Italian twin city of Gorizia on the other side of the border, Prime Minister Anton Rop said on Monday.
