EU Faces a Crisis, Expert Says

Ljubljana, 26 January - After the failed negotiations on the European constitutional treaty, the EU has found itself in a critical stage, however, this crisis was not brought upon by any individual country, Ludgern Kuehnardt, head of the Bonn Centre for European Integration Studies, said in a lecture about the failure and future of the EU in Ljubljana on Monday.
