Ljubljana, 22 August - VEČER: THE BOUNDARIES OF JUST BORDERS - The last presidential meeting in Belgrade is of public importance particularly because of the fact that Milošević and his circle have for the first time and at the highest level, publicly stated his expansionist aims, with a demand that Federal Assembly must immediately pass a law on official borders because the present "administrative borders in this country are unjust"
