Lawmakers Defeat National Council Veto on Hunting Bill

Ljubljana, 27 January - Lawmakers outvoted on Tuesday a National Council veto on the controversial hunting and game administration bill that transfers hunting rights to the state. Needing half of all 90 votes, the bill was backed by 55 lawmakers while 20 were against.
