Court Declares Part of Decree on Oil Derivatives Unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 28 January - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the 2000 government decree on pricing oil derivatives violated the Constitution in the articles related to gas oil and extra light fuel oil. The ruling opens way for compensation claims that could amount to several billion tolars, daily Finance writes on Wednesday.
