EU Entry New Beginning and Great Opportunity

Ljubljana, 28 January - Slovenia's membership of the EU represents the fulfillment of years of efforts to join the family of democratic European nations. The ratification of the Accession Treaty is therefore not only the end of a successful story, but also a new beginning and a great opportunity for Slovenia to enrich the EU and successfully promote its interests in an increasingly globalised world, was the main message of senior officials who attended the ceremony marking the ratification of the EU Accession Treaty on Wednesday.
