European Commission Welcomes Ratification of EU Accession Treaty

Brussels, 28 January - The European Commission warmly welcomes Slovenia's ratification of the EU Accession Treaty and is extremely pleased that the country has taken the final formal step before its EU entry, the spokesman for European Enlargement Commissioner Guenter Verheugen said on Wednesday.
