THE REVIEW OF SLOVENE PRESS

Ljubljana, 23 August - DELO: FATAL MOMENTS - The Croatian settlements are being occupied by the Greater- Serbian army. It is now only a matter of time when Franjo Tudjman will give the order for a general military deployment, for the defence of Croatian. Perhaps, Croatia is not well armed but it is prepared for war, which now seems imminent. The only question that remains is wether Europe, which has little interest in the possible reoccurrence of blood shed in the Balkans, can prevent this by sending arms to Croatia and not by empty talk of peace, which can not be achieved through negotiations but only with arms. Writes Goran Moravček in his editorial.
