Handball: Slovenia Taught Lesson in Handball by Germany

Ljubljana, 28 January - The Slovenian team looked lost playing against the big names of the German team in second round play (group II) of the second stage at the 6th European Men's Handball Championships, going down 24:31 (10:18) in a comprehensive loss to the team that finished second at last year's World Championships. Germany now go to the top of the group II standings; Slovenia is third.
