Anti-Fraud Legislation Takes Effect

Ljubljana, 30 January - An act took effect on Friday that introduces a number of measures aimed at making the fight against corruption and its prevention more efficient. Uniform guidelines on codes of ethics in the public and private sectors, regulations on conflicts of interest and transparent rules on accountability of public office holders are just some of the main means with which the proponents of the act want to crack down on corruption.
