Amended Public Procurement Act Complies with EU Regulations

Ljubljana, 30 January - The amended public procurement act effective as on Friday introduces changes for contracting authorities and tenderers while also setting forth public contracting procedures. The amendment of the 2000 law brings public contracting in Slovenia in line with the EU's legislation.
