Constitutional Court Resolves 21.5% More Cases in 2003

Ljubljana, 2 February - Aside from some particularly controversial issues, the Constitutional Court last year handled over 1,000 other cases just as important as the issue of the erased, president of the Constitutional Court Dragica Wedam Lukic emphasised at Monday's press conference. Currently, the Constitutional Court has a total of 1,273 open cases.
