Ljubljana, 2 February - Lawmakers made almost no progress debating a systemic bill dealing with citizens struck from the population register in 1992. By the time the emergency session was suspended at 10 PM, the debate was still revolving around the first of five amendments put forward by the opposition to this highly-debated document.
