Ljubljana, 3 February - The exchange of remarks between the PM and the FM at the meeting of Slovenian diplomats would have been negligible if it did not reflect the recurring instance of Slovenia's reputation being compromised because some are so self-complacent as to believe that they are irreplaceable, a Ljubljana-based paper notes in Tuesday's edition.
