Socialist party of Slovenia urges political support to Croatia

Ljubljana, 27 August - The Socialist party of Slovenia continues extending political support to the Republic of Croatia, but considers that such support alone is no longer enough. "An indifferent attitude to the events in Croatia now would actually make us allies of the attackers on Croatia. It would be absurd if we were less ready to help Croatia today than Austria had been ready to help Slovenia during the last war", the Socialist party of Slovenia writes in a statement for the public. The party therefore proposes to the government of Slovenia immediately to determine with the government of the Republic of Croatia the forms of concrete aid.
