Acceding Countries' Speakers to Meet with Cox for the Last Time

Budapest, 3 February - Budapest will host the 16th traditional half-yearly meeting of parliament speakers from EU acceding countries with the president of the European Parliament on Wednesday. This will also be the parliamentarians' last meeting of its kind with Pat Cox, as the ten members-to-be will become full-fledged EU members on 1 May. Slovenia will be represented by Speaker Borut Pahor.
