Fischer Makes Call for Efficient Europe

Ljubljana, 3 February - German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer said he hopes that the countries of the European Union will be able to overcome the current differences in negotiations on the European constitution. "We need an efficient EU that will represent the interests of all members, be it large or small, old or new," Fischer noted.
