Gil Robles: Human Rights Not a Matter for Referendum

Ljubljana, 4 February - Giving an interview for Wednesday's edition of Delo on the issue of the erased, Commissioner of the Council of Europe (CoE) for Human Rights, Alvaro Gil-Robles, insisted that a matter of human rights cannot be decided upon at a referendum.
