Adoption of Constitution Would Give Optimism to EU Future, Says Pahor

Budapest, 4 February - The adoption of the EU constitutional treaty would give fresh optimism to the common European future, Slovenian Parliament Speaker Borut Pahor said in Budapest on Wednesday, expressing the hope that it would not come to the formation of a two-tier Europe.
