Opposition Withdraws Constitutional Bill on Erased

Ljubljana, 4 February - The opposition Coalition Slovenia confirmed that it has withdrawn the constitutional bill it put forward in a bid to find a solution to the issue of the erased. Heads of parliamentary factions of the Slovenian Democrats (SDS) and New Slovenia (NSi), which make up the Coalition Slovenia, said they saw no sense in seeking compromise solutions any longer after the Interior Ministry started issuing notices of a decision on permanent residency to the erased.
