Mosque Referendum Backed by Sufficient Number of Signatures

Ljubljana, 5 February - The proponents of a referendum on the construction of a mosque in Ljubljana have collected a sufficient number of votes to stage such a referendum. It remains uncertain, though, if the vote is to be actually held, given that Mayor Danica Simsic announced right away that she would do everything in her power to prevent it.
