LJUBLJANA - On the eve of Culture Day, a national ceremony is to be held at the arts centre Cankarjev dom. On this occasion the highest national awards for arts are to be presented. The winner of the Preseren Award, writer Florjan Lipus, is to be the key-note speaker. Begins at 8 PM. (STA)
