Mosque Referendum Proponents Collect Necessary Signatures

Ljubljana, 6 February - The proponents of a referendum on the construction of a mosque in Ljubljana have collected some 11,900 signatures of support by Friday. Given that this is a sufficient number, the city council must now meet to call a city referendum, city councillor Mihael Jarc, the proponent of the referendum campaign, told today's news conference.
