Prodi Okays Candidate Commissioners

Brussels, 9 February - European Commission President Romano Prodi has approved the list of future commissioners from Slovenia and the other nine new EU members who will join the incumbent 20-member team on 1 May 2004. "The list of ten new commissioners has the full support of President Prodi," the Commission's spokesperson said in Brussels on Monday.
