FM Rupel Wraps Up Two-Day Visit to Baden-Wuerttemberg

Stuttgart, 9 February - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel reiterated a call for the prompt adoption of the EU constitution as he wrapped up a two-day visit to the German federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg. On Monday, Rupel held talks with the state's Europe Minister Christopher E. Palmer, who shared Rupel's view on the need for the timely adoption of the constitution.
