Problems Still Exist A Year After Employment Act Took Effect

Ljubljana, 10 February - A year after the umbrella employment act entered into force, the biggest problem is that its provisions cannot be implemented with collective agreements that are based on old legislation, executive secretary of the Association of Free Trade Unions (ZSSS) Gregor Miklic told the press Tuesday.
