No Major Changes for Takeovers after EU Entry, Experts Say

Ljubljana, 10 February - Slovenia's entry into the EU is not expected to bring any major changes in terms of takeovers. Such was the opinion of participants in a round-table debate held on Tuesday as part of the seminar on capital takeovers in the EU. The panel established that the latest takeovers in Slovenia pointed to some shortcomings in legislation.
