Drnovsek Says Interior Minister Has Not Violated Constitution

Ljubljana, 10 February - President Janez Drnovsek has told a television interview that he believes Interior Minister Rado Bohinc did not violate the Constitution by beginning to issue notices on permanent residency permits to people who were erased from the population register in 1992.
