Contact Committee in Session after 5 Years

Klagenfurt, 11 February - Minority issues topped the agenda as officials from Slovenia and the province of Carinthia met for a sixth session of the contact committee in the Austrian city of Klagenfurt on Wednesday. Speaking to the press after the meeting, the two sides said that "certain progress has been made to the benefit of the Slovenian minority in Austria". Nevertheless, further measures should be implemented in the future.
