Rupel Discusses Constitutional Treaty with Cowen

Ljubljana, 12 February - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel held a telephone conversation with his Irish counterpart Brian Cowen on Thursday, discussing the prospects of the European constitution treaty being passed under the Irish EU presidency, STA was told by Rupel's office.
