Victims of Fascism Should Be Remembered Too, Foreign Ministry Says
Ljubljana, 13 February - Responding to the Italian parliament's adoption of a law that declares 10 February a day of remembrance for Italians who left land that became part of the former Yugoslavia after World War II and victims of post-war killings by anti-Fascist movements, the Slovenian Foreign Ministry says that it understands the need for a memorial day, but wonders why the victims of Fascism have been left out.
