Mandatory Car Insurance Dearer by Almost 10%

Ljubljana, 15 February - Motorists will be hit by a 9.5-percent hike in mandatory car insurance from Monday as insurance companies try to shift the financial burden placed on them by changes to the Health Insurance Institute act on to the consumers.
