Trial in Postojna Weapons Theft Case Begins

Ljubljana, 16 February - A trial in the case of the 1999 theft of weapons and ammunition from the Postojna barracks began at the Ljubljana District Court on Monday. The only person who was apprehended in connection with the theft, however, has not been charged with theft. Matjaz Anton Znidar, 32, is being tried for illegal production and trafficking of the stolen weapons.
