Report Said to Quash Doubts About Privatisation of Luka Koper

Koper, 17 February - Luka Koper, the company managing Slovenia's only maritime port, said on Tuesday that a report from the Agency for Privatisation Audit has concluded that the 1996 privatisation of the company was carried out competently, as well as lawfully. The company hopes that this report will dispel the government's doubts about the correctness of the privatisation process and thus allow the company and the government to establish a constructive relationship.
