Ljubljana, 18 February - Below is a schedule of events for Thursday, 19 February:

LJUBLJANA - Deputy Minister of Structural Policies and Regional Development Igor Strmsnik, and EU officials are to present the European Commission's third cohesion report to the public at 10 AM. (STA)

LJUBLJANA - The Ljubljana city council is to take a decision on whether to call a referendum on the planned construction of a mosque. The emergency session is to begin at 3.30 PM. (STA)

JERUSALEM, Israel - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to finish a two-day official visit to Israel after meeting Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, the head of the opposition Labour Party Shimon Peres and the Deputy Speaker of the Knesset Michael Nudelman.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - The European Parliament foreign affairs committee is to take a vote on the draft progress reports on ten acceding countries, including Slovenia. The reports then need approval of European Parliament, with a plenary session expected in March. (STA)

BRUSSELS, Belgium - Justice Minister Ivan Bizjak and Interior Minister Rado Bohinc are scheduled to participate, as observers, in a meeting of EU justice and interior ministers.

LJUBLJANA - The council of the public broadcaster RTV Slovenija is set to hold a session at which it will review the 2003 business report.

LJUBLJANA - The government is set to hold its weekly session. (STA)

LJUBLJANA, Slovenia/ATHENS, Greece - Slovenia's Union Olimpija is to take on Croatia's Cibona in the final round of the Euroleague at 8.40 PM, group A. In group B, Panathinaikos of Greece is to play Slovenia's Krka at 7.40 PM. (STA)
