Are Kolinska and Droga Merging?

Ljubljana, 18 February - After speculations about a possible merger between the food companies Kolinska and Droga surfaced a month ago, the matter was on the agenda of the Kolinska supervisory board on Tuesday, business paper Finance writes Wednesday, quoting unofficial sources. Kolinska spokesperson Mojca Lukancic, however, was unable to reveal to STA any details about the conclusions of the supervisory board meeting on Wednesday.
