Kolinska's Supervisors Approve Consolidation with Droga

Ljubljana, 18 February - The supervisory board of food producer Kolinska has approved capital integration with another Slovenian food company Droga, giving Kolinska a green light to buy a 19.67-percent stake in Droga, Kolinska revealed on Wednesday. Responding to the news, Droga said the decision could contribute to the industry's consolidation.
