Court Backlogs Rise by 3% in 2003

Ljubljana, 19 February - Although the courts saw an increase of solved cases last year, the volume of backlogs rose by 3 percent compared to 2002, Justice Minister Ivan Bizjak revealed the figures of the courts' performance in 2003 at a news conference on Wednesday.
