Delo Points to Unknowns in Food Industry Consolidation

Ljubljana, 20 February - The owners of the food company Kolinska finally signalled the green light to the consolidation of the Slovenian food industry by announcing to purchase 20 percent of Droga. But although the teaming up of the two Slovenian food "giants" seems logical and necessary from the point of EU accession, it throws up a number of unknowns, Delo writes Friday.
